Progression is achieved by adhering to Minimum KPIs while meeting performance targets.\
\***Consistency Rule Explained**\
Your largest win, by PnL, cannot be greater than 50%/75% (Level dependent) of your overall profit. Otherwise you will fail your KPI's\
**Example:** Your qualification starts at $400 at ends with $500 in collateral. If your best trade was responsible for more than $50 of your overall profit, you will not pass your KPI's, encouraging and rewarding natural trading behavior.\
\
Progress through different FUNDED levels: Metrics for getting Promoted\
\
Qualifier Target:

* +15% collateral: Promotion + Option to withdraw or roll into funded balance..
* Anything less than +15% collateral: Withdraw balance or restart challenge.

FUNDED Levels:

* 0% collateral: Lose funding, no payout.
* 0% to +15% collateral: Demotion, keep 80% of gains subject to KPIs.
* +15% to +25% collateral: Maintain funding, keep 80% of gains.
* +25% collateral: Promotion, unless at max funding.

Non compliance of KPIs will result in demotion, regardless of your PnL.

* FUNDED Traders will be unable to earn their 80% profit share, in the event KPIs are not met.
* A Trader in qualification, will keep 100% of their profits, even if KPIs are not met. Though they will not qualify for funding.
* We reserve the discretion to amend the challenge structure as required.
